Find the ways to win over your high blood pressure. First of all you must
understand what is high blood pressure or hypertension. In the US and India,
as per some reports on the internet it is said that from every 3 adult 1 is
suffering from hypertension. Hypertension is more dangerous as it has no
symptoms or symptoms like dizziness, nose bleeding, stroke or heart attack if
blood pressure reaches very high. The hypertension will also leads to destroy

detected when someone gets ill and the blood pressure is measured in clinic or
hospital during his visit. So it advisable that one should go for a regular
checkup for blood pressure to any health services provider. Your health
services provider will check the blood pressure by an instrument called
sphygmomanometer. The sphygmomanometer has a handcuff with squeezable balloon,
and an aneroid meter, one more thing is required that is stethoscope. A
specialist can take blood pressure through sphygmomanometer. There are various
digital machines are available in the market through which you can easily take
blood pressure at home. But before using the digital machine you should get it
calibrate from your doctor.

Treatment for High Blood Pressure
Life style change is the most important thing which will be advised by your
doctor, it is the best way to begin your fight with high blood pressure. Follow the below point
strictly
- Switch healthy diet – Adding lots of fruits and vegetables
- To stay physically active – Yoga or 40 minutes physical activities like cycling, brisk walking etc.
- Maintaining a healthy weight – Check for your BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Avoiding excessive alcohol consumption -
- Quit smoking – The most dangerous and it should be stopped immediately

you are eating. You should choose which has potassium, magnesium and fiber.
Juice of the fruits is not helpful as it does not have fiber. Also nuts like
almond, walnut, seeds low fat dairy products, Non Tropical Vegetable oils etc.
You can choose to have chyawan prash on daily basis, it has got Amla (Indian
Gooseberry) and various other ayurvedic medicine which help to improve the
immunity and strength and help in controlling the blood pressure.
Yoga Exercise to control High blood pressure
There are various yogic research have proved a five set of yoga kriya which
can control the high blood pressure and can reduce the quantity of medicines
also.
How to do Bhastrika Pranayam?
- Sit in Padmasana (Lotus Pose).
- Take a deep breath.
- Slowly release the breath.
- Sit in Sukhasana or Padmasana with your hands resting sideways on the knees.
- Begin from the left then close the right nostril with your right thumb and inhale slowly. Air should be filled in lungs only and not in stomach, after that exhale slowly from the right nostril.
- It is essential to focus on your breath and practice the breathing slowly.

Repeat 60 times or for 5 minutes.
3. Bhramri Pranayam
- Sit in a quiet and well ventilated corner and close your eyes.
- Place your index fingers on your ears right at the cartilage.
- Breathe in and while breathing out press the cartilage with your fingers.
- Breathe in again and out and continue the same pattern for around 6-7 times.
4. Udgith Pranayam
- First of all, sit in Padmasana or Sukhasana.
- Now through nasal, take a deep long breath and take a breath slowly.
- Now chant ॐ while exhaling slowly.
- While doing this pranayama it is very important to focus on breathing.
- When exhaling with Omkar chanting, then try to stretch its time from fifteen to twenty seconds, according to your power.
One important aasan is Vajrasan, Vajrasan can be done after five minutes of lunch or dinner, due to this aasan all the blood flows towards stomach and helps in digestion.

There are various allopathic medicines available, only your doctor can decide
which the best medicine is for you. One should not take any medicine for high
blood pressure on its own. It is not possible that any of the medicine will
have the same effect for every person. So let your doctor decides.

which actually works, it has Sarpgandha (Indian Snakeroot). Indian snakeroot
contains chemicals such as reserpine that decrease heart rate and blood
