Papad ki churi
Papad ki churi a quick Rajsthani snack can be prepared in minutes. It is made up of Bikaneri masala papad and little bit of Ghee some other ingredients listed below:
1. 4-5 Masala papad
2. 2 medium sized onion finely chopped
3. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
4. 2 tsp chilli powder
5. 1 tbsp desi ghee
6. If required, add salt (Papad already has salt)
How to make:
1. Take 5-6 roasted bikaneri masala papad in a bowl and crush them, you can also take the fried bikaneri masala papad as well, but the recipe goes well with roasted papad as the roasted papad absorb the masala easily. The roasted papad has a different smell also. We have taken bikaneri masala papad as they don’t get soggy very fast, you can take any masala papad.
2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix.
3. To enhance the flavor you can keep a burning charcoal in center of the bowl and put some ghee over it produce smoke then cover the bowl for few minutes and then remove it then serve.
